Mall parking areas are often huge, crowded, and stressful, and for expecting mothers, even a short walk or searching for space can be exhausting. Calling the initiative practical and caring, the visitor praised the mall management for thinking beyond the usual. He encouraged other shopping centres to adopt similar facilities to make public places more comfortable for pregnant women. Sharing his reaction in the video, he said, "Very nice concept and I loved it."

"As a pregnancy progresses, a mother’s center of gravity shifts, making it harder to balance and walk long distances. These spots are placed closer to the entrance to prevent physical strain and are usually wider so they can open the car door fully to get out comfortably. It’s just a small gesture to make a public space safer for both the mom and the baby," a user wrote. "It’s veryyyyy very helpful," a second user wrote.
