The phrase ‘what’s kept in the name’ goes for a long toss if the same name ends up garnering you fans, fame, marriage proposals, money, and even job offers. Confused? Well, a woman has gained popularity on social media in the name of the Queen herself, Beyonce- all because she shares a striking resemblance with Queen B. Yes, Beyonce has a Brazilian doppelganger, and fans are loving it. To the point where multiple people are ready to bend their knees for her, while some are ready to give her job opportunities that some people can only think of.
35-year-old Juliana Machado Sotinho was somewhat unaware of her resemblance to Beyonce, however, the entire thing took a new turn after she was noticed by fans on TikTok. Eventually, the woman turned into something of a celebrity because of her looks and the lady was more than happy to completely own it. “Who doesn’t like being compared to the diva of divas? I feel like the luckiest and most blessed woman alive,” she was quoted as saying to the New York Post.
Opening up about the unique opportunities that she gained, the doppelganger recalled people’s surprised reactions. “When people see me, they immediately comment that I look like the singer. Most of them are surprised by the extent of the resemblance,” she was further quoted as saying. “People always say- Wow, did you know that you look like Beyonce? Girl, you are a lucky person, you remind me a lot of Queen B,” she added.
Meanwhile, she also began to receive unwanted attention from men as Sotinho has been proposed by many, despite her already being married. “People know I’m married because I always show what my life is like on social media, but I’ve already received offers to spend a night with me,” she was quoted as saying to the New York Post.
Currently, the Brazilian beauty has a huge following, and much of the credit goes to the legendary name; Beyonce. With people leaving no chance ungrabbed in lauding her looks and resemblance to the megastar of the music industry, she has a following of 127K on Instagram.
