India is truly not for beginners and it shows! Indians always have a ‘wild’ story to tell, which might not make any sense to the rest of the world, but to Desis, it's an ‘everyday’ thing. Exemplifying the same, a social media post went viral, where a woman’s wild narration left people rolling on the floor out of uncontrollable laughter. And no, we are not even exaggerating, because what we are about to tell, actually took place as per her post.

Taking to social media, the said  woman shared about her interaction with a Pani Puri seller, who was being ‘pressured’ to find grooms from women! Yes, let that sink in. Indians will do anything and everything to get their kids married, it seems. The conversation began with the seller venting out about some women repeatedly asking him to look for ‘potential grooms’, for which the man actually ended up finding one!

As the story continued, the woman wrote that once the seller found a ‘match’ with a good salary, he turned out to be of a different religion, which upset the other party. So now, these women asked the seller to first confirm if the ‘candidate’ is a Hindu, which , as per their suggestions, be checked by the names he sees after getting his UPI payments.

The post was shared on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘Prakriti’. The thread began with, “My contribution to India is not for beginners: I go to my pani puri bhaiya and there are a few women there having an intense conversation with him. As they leave, he starts ranting to me and you will not believe this.”

The entire story was posted on X, which left people laughing and reacting. The post went viral and left people cracking. Many suggested ways through which the seller can stop the aunties to force him into finding ‘rishtas’, while the rest shared hilarious jokes on the same. The post was shared yesterday and pulled 536K likes from people.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “You can suggest the panipuri guy to charge 2k for finding grooms and 20k if the suggested groom actually becomes the husband,” a user said. “You’re re not a pani puri consumer, you’re a pani puri production staff therapist,” said another. “Well, thanks for the idea. Was trying to find a way to ask out a girl who repeatedly visits there,” added a third person.

“The twist at the end made me laugh so hard my brother looked at me weirdly how does this stuff even happen and why do I not get to witness these things myself,” joined another.
