The bizarre food combination was created by Heena Kausar Raad, a Mumbai-based content creator who also runs a baking academy. She introduced the fusion dish to celebrate the end of a seven-day baking course at her academy.

In the video, Heena can be seen standing next to two biryani pots, each topped with scoops of strawberry ice cream. She uses a ladle to show viewers the unusual dish. The video, posted on Instagram, quickly went viral, getting millions of views and many comments. Some people were shocked by the idea, while others mocked it and wondered why anyone would try such a strange combination.
