Grievance Portal Viral Post: A boyfriend just raised the bar for love by building a special website for his girlfriend to complain whenever she wants. The sweet gesture has gone viral after the girl, Sehaj, shared the story on X. In her post, she wrote, “Guys, my boyfriend is so cute he made me a grievance portal for whenever I have a complaint MY HEART.” She also posted screenshots of the website, made by her boyfriend Ishan, which starts with a funny message: “Welcome to your very own grievance portal, mouse. As requested, you can submit your lame, made-up grievances for my viewing pleasure. Log in to your account.”

The portal includes sections like “Title,” “What’s bothering you?” “Mood” and “Severity.” After submitting, it shows a cute reply: “Thank you, Sehaj. Your grievance has been sent to Ishan. He will get back to you very soon! (He will think about it). Submit another. People online are loving the idea and calling it a perfect mix of love, humour, and creativity. Now that's a modern love language.

The post, after being shared on Sehaj’s X account ‘@sehahaj’, it received many reactions from social media users. One user wrote, “The government should hire him ASAP! We need a similar grievance portal for railways, potholes, broken streetlights, etc. National duty should come first.” “This is super cute lol,” a second user added. “What, I love this! Absolutely too cute,” a third user added.

“This is the most wholesome thing ever,” a fourth user added. “why is this The Cutest ever, like so small but so charming in your personalities (like, he's obviously being cheeky but you also obviously get grandiose (my positive verb for dramatic) about things and this is a great way of sharing them with each other,” added a fifth user. “This is a really obvious business idea, like Wordle, which sold for a million,” added another user.
