Bengaluru Metro Viral Video: Reminding netizens of the daily ‘Delhi metro shenanigans’, the Bengaluru metro made some questionable headlines after a couple was allegedly spotted kissing inside the metro. A video of the intimate moment shared between the duo was captured by another passenger, who then shared the same on the internet. The user further demanded the Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) to take action against the couple. The video also drew comparisons to countless incidents that often unfold in the Delhi metro. The clip, on the other hand, largely divided people as some expressed that the duo did nothing wrong, while the rest were against it.

A video of the was shared on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), by the handle 'Sam459om'. The post was captioned, “Hey @OfficialBMRCL @NammaMetro_ @BlrCityPolice. What happening in Namma metro? Slowly Bangalore metro is turning into Delhi metro. Take some action on them. The girl was literally kissing the boy.”

As the clip went viral, the Bangalore Police also reacted to it and wrote, “Noted, Please provide your contact number via DM.”

The video, right after getting shared, began to do rounds on social media. Most people found the couple’s behaviour acceptable and advocated that they were not harming anyone and were simply hugging, while the rest chastised the two for PDA.

The video was shared two days ago and pulled more than 37K views from people. Taking to the comment section, people shared their take.

“@prakashraaj what's going in Karnataka metro sir,” a user said. “Nothing wrong with a young couple getting personal in public,” added a second person. “They are not disturbing anyone or anything, then why such moral policing,” wrote another.

“Use burnol if you're burning.... what's the problem with you,” added a fourth person. “What is the use of literally there?” wrote another. “Your opposing for just two couples were hugged on the train, but u still managed to reach 140 cr population. How ridiculous. We ARE a developing country!” added another.
