In the oppressive air of Delhi, the party hangovers of Gurugram, and the never-ending chaos of Noida, it feels like a full-time job to get by every day. The constant traffic, high rents, pollution, and unpredictable weather have made daily life stressful and challenging.
Amid all of this, one man managed to hilariously capture the NCR experience in a post that has since gone viral on social media. The hardship was succinctly described in his shared Instagram post: "Living in the NCR is tough. Delhi raho to Lungs kharab, Gurgaon (now Gurugram) jao to Liver kharab, Noida jao to dimaag kharab.” He ended it with the caption, “Dukh, Dard, Peeda.”

The post instantly struck a chord with residents, who couldn’t help but laugh at how painfully accurate it was. People from Delhi, Gurugram, and Noida flooded the comments section, sharing their own versions of struggle.
"Ghaziabad raho, social life kharab," a user wrote. "Bhai rhta delhi hun naukri noida krta hun aur daru pine gurgaon jata hun," a second user wrote. "Murthal jao to pet kharab," wrote a third user. "main saare ye gum bhula ke jhoom raha got real," added a fourth user.
