Bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts, undoubtedly, work extremely hard to get the desired form. Luckily enough, most people do acknowledge the work bodybuilders put in, resulting in all the admiration that such people often garner. However, sadly enough, the case is not exactly the same when it comes to women fitness enthusiasts. Experiencing this harsh reality hit her face first, a fitness coach in Delhi was trolled for her muscular physique a while ago. Sharing her pictures on social media, the woman, Aanchal, also shared a healthy diet regime for people to check out. However, questionable netizens doing what they do the best, instead choose to shame her.

From comments like ‘testosterone overdose’ to ‘too many muscles for a girl’, her post began to receive countless problematic comments. The post was shared on May 14, on X (formerly Twitter), on the coach’s official handle. “When it comes to training my chest, I stick to three movements,” the X post read.

However, not taking in the unnecessary hate, the coach instead chose to clap back with a befitting reply.

“I recently got unbelievable hate on X for posting a muscular photo. I wasn't hurt by the hate. The fact that no one read the tweet which was filled with immense knowledge disturbed me a bit. Now coming back to the photo. The photo was taken during winter, I was 6-7 kgs heavier than these pics. I was on a bulk, and I love going on long bulks and you all motivated me to go on a bulk soon again. I can't believe a girl on a bulk can shatter the ego of thousands and thousands of men,” her recent post read.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “You know you've made it when people accuse you of taking steroids. Now Get back at them with a post about the proper form to take,” a user said. “They hate you 'cause they can never be you. I'm proud of the dedication, determination, and the hard work you put on yourself. You're a strong, resilient, and beautiful individual and I'm happy for you,” read the second comment.

“Don't Let their comments affect you. They are insecure people. Don't even care about ur hard work of 5-6 yrs to achieve such physique,” added another.
