Viral Video: Apart from being the much-loved festival of lights and love, Diwali- sometimes- also becomes a festival of ‘drama’ and chaos, especially when desis lose their calm over the prettiest of issues. Exemplifying something similar, an incident came forward, which left some people out of words. A video was shared online, which showed a crowd inspecting a gas cylinder lying on the road amid the Diwali celebration. It later turned out that the same cylinder was thrown from the upper floors of a building, at the family celebrating the festival on the road. No, it does not end here, as the reason behind such a ‘life-threatening’ throw was further bizarre. As per the post, the family which threw the cylinder resorted to a step after getting irritated by another family for cracking ‘too many’ firecrackers.
The exact date and location of the incident could not be confirmed. The video, after getting shared, left most of the internet speechless. Some people jokingly called such drama ‘normal’ for Indians during Diwali, while the rest joked about the attacking family wanting to burst a cylinder.
The Diwali video was shared on X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘gharkekalesh’. The post was captioned, “Kalesh b/w Two Neighbours over One was bursting excessive crackers and other got irritated, so they threw Gas Cylinder from their balcony (1st) Floor and then the whole crowd gathered.” The video was shared two days ago and pulled 698K views from people.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “This is normal in India. Neighbors never want to see anyone happy, they get jealous,” a user said. “He is asking to burst the cylinder?” asked another person jokingly. “His intention wasn’t only throwing cylinder it seems,” commented a third person.
“The whole neighbourhood seems to be flying with this cylinder, that's why they celebrate Diwali,” added a fourth person. “When your neighbor's noise level hits 'needs a gas cylinder' status, you know the festive spirit has truly exploded,” added a fifth person. “Bro knew the potential of fight that’s why started recording,” added another.
