Viral Video: One of the most vivid 90s childhood memories is blowing one’s hurt eye, with a cloth in between. In fact, kids in that era probably went for this technique first, then opted for possible medications or other first aid. However, a video that is going viral on social media, ended up ‘ruining’ the very memory for many netizens, as it showed an elderly woman cleaning a girl’s eye with her tongue. Take your time to ‘digest’ that, because that actually happened. The video, after going viral, left the internet in disgust as people were left gagging. The date and location of the incident could not be confirmed. The place, however, looked like rural India.
The video was shared on social media platform Instagram, by the handle ‘spankedhutt’. The post was captioned, “1 USD eye cleanse in India.” The video was shared three days ago and pulled countless likes.

Most people felt disgusted after watching the viral clip, while the rest pulled jokes on ‘Indians needing a fresh start’. Some also expressed concerns over the health repercussions that the duo might have. Some joked about the old woman having an ‘eye fetish’.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “India needs to be memory wiped,” a user said. “Please cut the internet in India,” added a second person. “Take away the internet from India please,” added a third person. “I've gotten a better tongue tbh.
