Bigg Boss OTT winner and fans’ favourite YouTuber, Elvish Yadav, along with his fans woke up to some of the most grave accusations and reports that were floating on social media today, November 03. According to the reports, the YouTuber was involved in ‘supplying’ snake venom to rave parties and shoots in Uttar Pradesh's Noida, where the venom was being ‘consumed’. The accusation took a quick escalation after an FIR was filed against the YouTuber, after which the police booked the Bigg Boss OTT winner. As soon as the news of the YouTuber getting booked surfaced online, people began to react to it. From memes and jokes to support for the YouTuber, netizens had a lot to contribute to the matter on social media.

The police have also arrested 5 other people for the same case after a raid that was conducted at Noida’s Sector 51 Saffron Villa, according to the news agency ANI. Reportedly, the police also rescued five cobras, a red snake, a python, and two other snakes from the venue. The case kept on widening as it was further revealed that the said rave party was a ‘trap’ that was laid by the police, the People for Animals (PFA), and the Forest Department in a ‘joint operation’. According to reports by ANI, the FIR was filed under the ‘sections 9, 39,48A, 49, 50, 51 of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 and section 120-B of the IPC’. 

Rushing to his defence, the YouTuber also shared a video of himself where he denied his involvement in the matter. 

Taking to social media, the fans made ‘snake’ and ‘Elvish Yadav’ trend, on the internet as people had a lot to say. Most shared hilarious memes and jokes over the case, while some expressed their support towards the YouTuber and sided with his statements.
