Her 5% ownership stake proved to be transformative even after she left the company in 2018, as the company's value surged and her personal net worth surpassed $1.4 billion.

Lucy’s Advice For Young Dreamers:

Speaking at the Forbes 2025 Under 30 Summit in Ohio, Lucy opened up about what drives her success and the lessons she’s learned along the way. “Karma is a real thing, and it comes back at you. And, when you are successful, you should reinvest in the ecosystem,” she said. She also stressed the importance of asking for help. “I think people are too scared to ask. You will get a ‘yes’ most likely, no matter what. There’s going to be someone willing to give their time,” she shared, adding that “people are too scared of rejection.”
