Bengaluru Airport Viral Video: At Bengaluru airport, a heated exchange between an IndiGo passenger and a crew member has become the latest video to grab everyone’s attention online. The clip, shot at Kempegowda International Airport on September 12, shows a man arguing with the airline staff after he was not allowed to board his flight to Raipur. The passenger was booked on IndiGo flight 6E 405, scheduled to leave at 7:40 am. According to airline sources, he showed up at the counter at 7:21 am, much after the 25-minute boarding cut-off time. Since the rules didn’t allow him to board, the situation turned into a loud argument right at the airport.

In the video, the man can be heard repeatedly saying, “You just abused me, you just abused me.” The female crew member involved in the confrontation denied it instantly. She tried to explain her side, saying, “You have been shouting at me for the past…” but the passenger cut her off again, accusing her of misbehaving. “Ma’am, you are abusing me. You are abusing me? You just now abused me while walking off,” he said. Despite her firm denial, the man continued to lash out.

The employee finally walked away, visibly tired of explaining. “I am not going to talk to you. I should have stopped talking to you 10 minutes back,” she said before distancing herself from the argument. Another staff member then stepped in and tried to calm the passenger down, while she mentioned that she was only trying to help him book another flight.

The post shared on X (Formerly Twitter) by the handle '@karnatakaportf' yesterday pulled significant views and comments from social media users. The viral clip has sparked mixed reactions online. While some social media users backed the passenger and blamed the airline, others pointed out that rules are the same for everyone and he was indeed late for boarding.

"@IndiGo6E closes its gates 25 mins prior to scheduled departure, not 15. It’s the passenger’s responsibility to reach the gate ON TIME. Flight departure slots are allocated in less than 30-second slices. Appreciate the millions of parts, people, and processes that need to come together to achieve that before making your post. And why involve others who have ZERO responsibility in this?" a user wrote. "25 mins is the norm and this man was late by 10 mins. Folding or unfolding hands doesn't matter. Stop supporting such acts," a second user added.

"It happened with me as well, I was there 20 minutes before the departure time, the flight was right in front of me, but they didn't allow me to board, stating that boarding had been completed. We demand an inquiry against Indigo for this irresponsible behavior," added a third user.
