Ladki Ki Baraat Viral Video: Usually, it’s the groom who arrives at the bride’s house with music, dance, and celebrations on the wedding day. But in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, one wedding surprised everyone by doing the exact opposite and the internet can’t stop talking about it. On the night of November 26, bride Tanu became the star of a unique celebration when she led her baraat to her groom Rajat’s home. The joyful journey began from Kidganj and went all the way to Mutthiganj.
In the viral video, the bride, Tanu, can be seen sitting in a decorated carriage and leading the two-kilometre-long celebration with confidence and grace. People danced, music echoed through the streets, and the mood remained festive all the way. As the lights sparkled and the music played loudly, people stepped out of their homes just to watch this rare sight. Many had never seen a bride leading a wedding baraat before.

When she reached Rajat’s home, she was warmly welcomed with traditional rituals. Videos of this special wedding moment soon went viral, with people praising both families for spreading a strong message of equality. This beautiful idea came from Tanu’s father, Rajesh Jaiswal. As a father of five daughters, he always wanted their weddings to be celebrated with the same pride that is usually given to sons. To make this moment even more special, the family printed wedding cards with the words 'Ladki Ki Baraat.'

Now, boys should start leaving their houses too- working women need to bring this change." "This felt really great. It should be, sometimes the bride's procession should also be taken out ,and the boy should be watching his own procession from the balcony, with some of his friends along with him," a second user wrote.
