Viral Video: Social media is full of videos where people try to pull off popular movie scenes, only to miserably fail in the end. Attempting something similar, a student tried to pull the ever-famous pencil move from the iconic blockbuster John Wick. However, only if ‘pulling a John Wick’ was as simple as some people thought it was; and this one surely learned it the hard way. The other students were quick to retaliate as he instead choked the former. A video of the same was shared online, which went viral and left the netizens divided. Some dubbed the entire thing ‘bullying’, while the rest believed that the student ‘had it coming’. However, most netizens agreed that the level of violence that both the students displayed was worth a punishment.
The video was shared on social media platform X (Formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘CCTV IDIOTS’. The post was captioned, “Tried stabbing him with a pencil then gets choked out in front of everyone.”

The video, soon after getting shared, went viral and triggered a debate. Some people chastised the behaviour shown by both students as they were promoting violence, while the rest commented on the other students laughing over the matter, as it reflected their poor mindset regarding bullying and violence.
Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “Student gets the daylights choked out of him after trying to stab his classmate with a pencil,” a user said. “The worst part of the video is that I could hear a girl constantly giggling! Are we supposed to be this much cool in front of violence?” asked a second. “That AirPod staying in his ear is the real champ here,” said a next. “The real question is how come the Airpods still are stayed there,” commented a fourth user. “Someone trying to audition for Dana White's Contender Series in the UFC Octagon!” joked a fifth.
