Viral Snake Video: With time, it seems like people have lost their understanding of differentiating between a ‘domestic’ animal and a ‘wild’ animal. Tossing the options of getting the usual pets like cats, dogs, horses, and more as their pets aside, there are a few, who are choosing reptiles like snakes, pythons, and anaconda. And that surely has turned into one of the biggest ‘mysteries’ related to ‘human behaviour’ so far. In a video exemplifying the same said ‘behaviour’, a man is going viral for kissing a venomous snake and later helping the reptile in shedding its skin. Yes, let that sink in. A video of the same was shared online, which left people with a terrified reaction and with multiple unanswered questions.
The video was shared on the social media platform Instagram, by the user ‘Mike Holston’. The post was captioned, “Unwrapping Christmas Presents be like.”

The video is widely doing rounds on social media, as it left people divided. Most loved the shiny new skin that the snake came up with after the shedding, and called the entire thing ‘satisfying’, while the rest raised questions on the need to help the snake out in shedding the skin, which is a natural process. Some also cracked jokes on the clip. The video was shared a while back and has been liked by a whopping 3M people.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “Imagine the relief the snake felt after taking that eye-shed part. I feel like it’s like taking out contact lenses after wearing them the whole day. Fresh eyeballs,” a user said. “Scary unboxing on the internet,” said a second person. “Me when I tell her I changed my ways,” commented the next. “When you remove the tempered glass of your phone,” said a fourth person. “Rip me out the plastic, I have been actin' brand-new,” joked the next.
