Virtual Court Hearing Viral Video: A virtual hearing at the Gujarat High Court took an unexpected and awkward turn when a man showed up on camera, sitting on a toilet. The moment, caught live during the June 20 session, has now gone viral and left netizens in disbelief. The man, using the name “Samad Battery,” was attending the hearing with a Bluetooth earphone around his neck. At first, only his face was visible. But soon, he placed his phone farther away, and that’s when it became clear he was sitting on a toilet while the court was in session.
The hearing was overseen by Justice Nirzar S Desai and was related to a case where the man, who turned out to be both the original complainant and now a respondent, wanted an FIR quashed. The case was peacefully settled, and the FIR was dropped.
But while the legal matter ended smoothly, the man’s behaviour sparked outrage and laughter online. The video quickly spread across social media. Lawyers and users slammed the man for his careless attitude, calling it a new low in court conduct.
