Bihar JCB Operator Viral Video: A JCB operator from Bihar is creating a buzz online with a funny and bold video that went viral on Instagram. Instead of working, he parked his excavator in a muddy pond and refused to move it until he got paid. His strong message was clear: no payment, no work. In the video, the operator is sitting calmly inside the waterlogged machine, talking on the phone with the contractor. Holding the door and the phone, he says firmly, “Operator ka paisa nahi dejiyega….toh machine toh kam nahi karga..na." He’s not angry, just serious about getting his dues. He continues, “Payment daliya, toh paani mein se machine nikaalenge. Nahi to nahi nikaalenge, yahi choddenge sir." The camera shows the excavator half-submerged in muddy water.

His thick Bihari accent makes it even more interesting. “Dekhlijiyega kitna sara paani hai sir… pura cabin main pani ghus gaya hai," he says proudly. “Pehla paisa daliya. Haan… hum Bihari bolrahe hai. Operator log se punga nahi lena ka sir. Turant paisa daaliye." This wasn’t just a regular complaint. It was a clever way to make sure he got paid, mixed with some local style and drama.

The video with the text overlay, "JCB Operator threatens contractor in Bihar: 'No payment, no machine", quickly went viral on social media, making him an internet star for standing up boldly.
