No matter how bizarre, there are certain things that sometimes make sense only in India, and this ‘Nutritious Jhaadu’ is surely one of those. Gone are the days when nutrients were something that could be obtained only from healthy foods, as it seems that there is a broom that has also, somehow, joined the list. Or so it is to be believed based on the said jhaadu’s packaging. A Reddit post recently went viral and left people laughing, as it showed a broom packaging with a ‘Nutrition Facts’ label on it. The broom, as per the label, had all kinds of nutrients, that people usually turn towards food for.
The post was shared on Reddit, by the handle ‘Live-Bird8999’. The post was captioned, “Even brooms have 150 calories?” The post was shared a day ago and pulled 1.9K views from people.

The post went viral almost immediately, and left people laughing. Most cracked jokes on the same and dubbed it the reason why parents chose brooms to hit their kids, while the rest expressed their shock over the packaging.
Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “It's actually the number of calories u will lose while jhaaduing,” a user joked. “Our mothers should not know about these nutrients that we might get from jhaaru, or else they will start serving it more to us,” added a second person. “Anything, absolutely anything can happen in India,” added another.
“So all those years our parents used these brooms to beat us for this reason? Maybe they knew about the nutritional value of these brooms,” added another. “I'm not even surprised honestly. India truly is a land for surprises,” commented another. “Are we supposed to be shocked? After all, this was the reason our parents chose jhaaru to beat us up,” added another.
