Panipat Viral Video: With ‘influencing’ turning into a ‘job’ for every other social media user in the last few years, it makes sense that people try anything and everything to stand out the most. However, in pursuit of being unique, there have been many cases where people simply forgot the limit that also qualified them as being civilised. A video was recently shared online, where a man was getting beaten up by the public on a crowded street. Despite brutal violence against the man, the internet mostly supported the assaulters. Wondering ‘why’? Well, it turns out that the man wearing a bra was getting beaten up for allegedly making ‘obscene’ Instagram reels on the street, resulting in many getting triggered. The incident reportedly unfolded in Haryana’s Panipat, whereas the date could not be confirmed.

The video went viral almost immediately, pulling countless reactions. Most people demanded action against the man, while the rest showed support towards the violence against him. Some also chastised the increasing influence of reels on influencers.

The video was shared on X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘priyarajputlive’. The post was captioned, “According to me, he is being treated properly. I hope the ghost of real life has gone away from him. This reelbaaz was dancing and doing obscene acts in the middle of the market. Some people caught him and beat him up on the spot. The case is from Panipat, Haryana.” The video was shared yesterday and pulled 65K views from people.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “My country is progressing. People do anything to earn money these days,” a user said. “These tiktokiye deserve whatever sardar ji is giving to him,” added a second person. “Sometimes I feel those who are doing their job corporate/govt basically away from this reel culture.. surely they will have some kind of peace, true bonding with their surroundings not like this so-called influencer selling their life on social media,” added another.

“Seems like the crowd didn't like his content. Some people just don’t know where to draw the line between entertainment and disrespect. Hope he learned the lesson this will be a nightmare for him,” added another. “They deserve it, they have crossed all limits for views,” commented a fifth person.
