Delhiites might find it extremely bizarre, but it seems like THIS is how the Mumbai metro works! A Reddit post was recently shared on social media, which had a picture of a ‘toilet pass’. Believe it or not, the ‘toilet pass’ was for using the washroom at a Mumbai Metro station. The pass asked for basic details like name, contact number, signature, date, and time. As per the Reddit post, the Redditor was required to fill out the pass when they wanted to use the washroom at the Ambani Metro station. The pass looked normal, but it's the very fact of a toilet pass being used at a metro station that left people confused and reacting.
The post, after getting shared, pulled many reactions. Most people were left confused over the pass, and dubbed it bizarre, while the rest found it hilarious and pulled many jokes. Many also recalled their own instances where they weren’t asked for any such pass.
The post was shared on Reddit, by the handle ‘Bearnessman’. The post was captioned, “Wanted to pee, had to obtain a Toilet Pass for the toilet on the Ambani Metro. TOILET PASS.” The post’s description read, “Got in from the Ghatkopar side entrance of DN Nagar Metro. Had to obtain a pass for the toilet. And the counter wala had to leave his post twice to grant me access. Found it amusing.” The post was shared two days ago and pulled many upvotes from people.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “Not to brag but have used the metro toilet multiple times and never had to fill out the form. I am not just talking about urinals. Maybe I am the reason why they have this form now,” a user said. “I don't exactly know how to react to this PASS,” added a second person.
“They do this if you're on the other side ig. If you enter on the side with the washrooms, you don't require one of these,” added a third person. “Never had to get such a pass to use the toilet in line 1. Counter wala Banda psycho hoga (Maybe the toilet wala bhaiya was a psycho),” commented a fourth user.
