From bizarre apartment hunting stories to wild traffic tales, from unique startups to extraordinary digs at city’s condition, Bengaluru is one city that never stays quiet. It will always have a story to tell, and each one will be wilder than the one heard before. Now, joining its name to the list, a new one is going viral. In a prime example of the ‘peak Bengaluru moments’, a social media user shared a picture of a ‘wheeled clothing shop’. Yes, you heard that correctly. The ‘shop’ is exactly how the name sounds- a clothing shop inside a ‘truck’. A picture of the same soon went viral and did not even surprise the netizens.
The video was shared on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘Pakchikpak Raja Babu’. The post was captioned, “In another episode of "WTF Bangalore," spotted this truck while going to the mandir with my wife.”

The picture soon went viral and pulled all kinds of reactions from people. Most called it a ‘peak Bangalore moment’, while the rest dubbed it an appreciable ‘start-up’ idea. Many also found it hilarious and some also called it feasible. The post was shared yesterday and pulled 121K likes from people.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. Not new…adopted from the wale jo road pe kapde bechte hai,” a user said. “Clothes done signal to signal!” another user said. “It's another episode of @peakbengaluru moment, I spotted an identical-looking truck with a @KiaInd @KiaSeltos inside it for marketing. Probably some truck modification startup that's helping others make their own startups in a truck,” a third person said. “What's the differentiation? Is it the quality? Is it the fact that it's on a truck? There are roadside vendors who do exactly this. I don't think this will work,” said a fourth person.
“I think it's nice that a person is trying to do what showrooms do in big malls. I have no problem with a middle-class guy trying to make ends meet, even if it's not entirely usual, as long as it's not unethical at least. This is a big w,” said another.
