Punjab Viral Video: Flood-hit Punjab is witnessing stories of pain, struggle and survival every day. But even in the middle of this devastation, small acts of kindness are shining through and touching hearts. One such video is winning hearts online, showing how humanity stands tall even when everything else is drowning. In the clip, an elderly man can be seen walking through waist-deep water, holding a thermos in one hand and cups in the other. His home and land may be submerged but his spirit is not broken. With a warm smile, he offers tea to the volunteers who had come to deliver relief material. It was his way of thanking them, even when he had almost nothing left.
Former cricketer and Rajya Sabha MP Harbhajan Singh shared the video on X, praising this unshakable Punjabi spirit. He wrote, “When volunteers went to deliver relief materials, the flood-affected family despite having lost almost everything, prepared tea and served it to the volunteers in return. That’s the spirit of Punjab. Rab de bande.”
