One thing that has sparked a huge debate lately is their unusual 'email style,' which some call refreshing while others find 'too informal.' Amid this ongoing conversation, a hilarious video has gone viral on Instagram. Shared by user Banti Banerjee with the caption, “Gen Z and unke out of the world, out of office emails,” the clip shows a woman reading out an unbelievable email written by a Gen Z employee before going on leave.

In the viral video, she says, “Guys, you will just not believe if I told you this ke mere office main ek Gen Z ne ek aisa out of office email likha aur chhutti par chalagaya. So, he wrote something like this: I am out of radar and out of f*s to give for the next one week, if there is an emergency, please time travel to the time when I care. Hasthtag I am on vacay mode chilling with my main character energy.”

She continues with more lines from the same mail, “So needless to say that Slack is not slacking, email is not emailing and Zoom is not zooming. So please don’t ping me and kill my vibe.”

According to her, “Iss email se poora HR samajhdarahuahai. Bosses ko anxiety attacks aa gayehain, and millennials saaresadme main hai.” Wrapping up, she even asked viewers if they had ever seen such things in their offices and how they were dealing with them.

The post has been shared on Instagram under the user name 'bantibanerjee_'. Since shared yesterday, it has received 928k views from social media users. Users flooded the comment section with hilarious comments.

"Gen Z is born to take revenge on previous generations from HR society," a user wrote. "Hoping HR doesn't respond like this - Job is not Jobing, your replacement is hiring and you vibe with your radar for the entire week. FYI - I am not in HR," a second user wrote jokingly. "One of my employees wrote that " I'm under water, enjoying my vacay, don't bother to contact me, I'm unreachable right now. Kindly grant 1 week's leave. It was very funny that I approved his leaves," wrote a third user.
