World Cup 2023: Remember Yashraj Mukhate, the one who brought Kokila Parag Modi from the series 'Saath Nibhaana Saathiya' back to fame with his ‘Rasode Main Kaun Tha’ music? Well, he is back with another song, and this time, it's in collaboration with the ace Indian cricketer Virat Kohli. The new song is all about the World Cup 2023, which will begin today, October 05. The new song ‘Cup Laayega India’ was shared on Mukhate’s social media handle and instantly went viral. Most people loved the song and dubbed it catchy. The ICC Men's Cricket World Cup of 2023 is the 13th edition of the World Cup and is being played in India. The tournament will begin today, October 05, and will culminate on November 19. With 48 matches scheduled to be played in this year’s Cricket World Cup, England and New Zealand will play the first match today, which will begin at 2 PM. 

The video was shared on Instagram, by the singer on his official handle in collaboration with ‘Too Yumm!’. The post was captioned, “Cup Laayega India!!”

In the advertisement, the two personalities were seen together. Before starting the song, the two did a skit where the singer acted as if he was trying to make the cricketer familiar with his work, to which Kohli revealed that he already knew. The Instagram post instantly went viral. Many also called it the new World Cup anthem, while some dubbed the music energetic. On the other side, many also commented on Kohli’s acting skills and said that the cricketer can also start an acting career based on his skills. The post was shared a day ago and received 151K views from the people.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “Kohli acting better than many Bollywood actors," a user said. “King noticed that he had big followers compared to other stars,” a second user said. “Virat can seriously start an acting career after he's done with cricket,” said another. “Let me just state this, Kohli is a decent actor!! Perhaps even better than a heck load of actors in Bollywoood these days,” commented a fourth fan. “Dhoni, Kohli and Rohit should start an alternate acting career after they retire from cricket. All 3 are brilliant in acting,” added a fifth user.
