Viral Video: Of course animal lovers are outraged, but the fact that one doesn’t EVEN need to be an ‘animal lover’ to NOT lose their minds over this disturbing content is simply concerning enough. The ‘content’ in question was called out by a Reddit user, who accused a YouTuber of allegedly ‘abusing’ monkeys for views. What seemed further pathetic was that the YouTuber’s videos, as per the Redditor, were staged in such a manner that it seemed like the man was rescuing monkeys from life-threatening situations.
The Redditor further claimed that it was the YouTuber himself who created the said ‘situations’ for the monkeys, and then acted as if helping them. The Reddit post also included multiple videos of the YouTuber ‘rescuing’ the ‘same monkey’ multiple times.
As soon as the Reddit post began to gain attention, people began to join in. Some even pointed out the other YouTube channels that were allegedly doing the same for likes and views.
The Reddit video was shared by the Redditor ‘MisterSquid64’. The post was titled MONKEY ABUSER ON YOUTUBE’. Whereas, the description read, “Please help mass report this sick abuser. A YouTube who goes by the name @bestquotes8114 exploits monkeys for his channel by “saving them” when he is really just using the same monkey and putting it in dangerous situations. He also plays with the corpses of dead baby monkeys GET THIS SICK B**T**D OFF YOUTUBE AND ARRESTED!!!” The post was shared a while ago and pulled many upvotes.
Most people commented on reporting the said YouTube channels, while the rest were simply out of words over the alleged animal cruelty. A majority also raised questions about YouTube's guidelines and its laws against disturbing and questionable content.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “I've reported him!!! What else can we do??!??!?!” a user asked. “YouTube does an absolute sh*t job of policing animal cruelty,” wrote a second person. “The dude seriously is a sadistic man with no empathy. He needs to go on a long journey and be put into a very deep hole permanently,” added another.
“This is a much bigger problem than YouTube banning these channels. The laws in these countries where this kind of abuse happens are pretty much nonexistent, and there are plenty of Westerners commissioning these videos of monkeys being tortured and killed, they also have access to the full-length videos. Just because the channel stops on YouTube doesn’t mean these videos are still not being distributed,” pointed out a third.
“Oh, great! I was just about to make a thread about a different one. There are LOTS!!!” added another.
