Sudarshan Pattnaik Celebrates PM Modi 75th Birthday: At Puri Beach in Odisha, celebrations took a grand and artistic turn as world-famous sand artist and Padma Shri awardee Sudarshan Pattnaik paid a special tribute to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his 75th birthday. His creation, a 5-foot-high sand art of the Prime Minister surrounded by 750 lotus flowers, instantly caught the attention of users and became the heart of the occasion. Carved out of nearly 6 tons of sand, the artwork carried the powerful message: "Bharat Ki Udaan, Modi Ke Saath."

Explaining its meaning, Pattnaik’s Sand Art Institute shared that “Bharat Ki Udaan” mirrors India’s incredible journey over the past decade. From Digital India and Chandrayaan-3 to Ayushman Bharat, Ujjwala Yojana, Jan Dhan and the call for Atmanirbhar Bharat and Vocal for Local, the progress touches every corner, be it infrastructure, healthcare, renewable energy, space exploration or defence. Each of the 750 lotuses placed in the sculpture was designed to mark a year of PM Modi’s dedication and service to the nation.

A Gesture Of Respect:

For Pattnaik, this creation was more than art, it was a heartfelt gesture of respect. “I wish Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji a very happy 75th birthday and pray for his continued service to the nation,” he shared. Posting about his work, he wrote, “On the occasion of the 75th birthday of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, my sand art installation with 750 lotus flowers with the message ‘Bharat ki Udaan Modi ji KeSaath’ at Puri Beach in Odisha.”
