Italian Chef Valentino Rahim Viral Video: Food and creativity came together in Rome in the most unique way to mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 75th birthday. Italian chef Valentino Rahim decided to celebrate the occasion not with cake but with a special millet pizza designed in the colours of the Indian tricolour. Prepared at the popular restaurant Zoya, the dish was more than just a birthday wish; it was a tribute to PM Modi’s global push for millets as a healthy and sustainable superfood.

The pizza base was made entirely of millets, while the toppings were beautifully arranged in saffron, white and green to resemble the Indian flag. With a smile, the chef wished, “Tanti Auguri Modi”, which in english means 'many many best wishes.'

In the viral clip shared by ANI, Chef Rahim can be seen adding colourful toppings like bell peppers and pepperoni before tossing the pizza with flair. Speaking about the inspiration, he praised the Prime Minister’s millet campaign, saying, “PM Modi’s idea of promoting millets as a superfood is very creative and inspiring.”
