Viral Video: An incident that somewhat highlighted the phrase ‘misuse of power at its peak’ came forward reportedly from Delhi’s Dwarka Road and left the internet demanding justice for a poor victim. A video was shared on social media, where a man was seen sitting at the roadside with an alarmingly bleeding nose, whereas the alleged culprit was surrounded by passersby and other commuters. Turned out, the one who assaulted the victim was allegedly a traffic cop, who decided to beat the poor man up for ‘not moving faster’, as per the viral post. Apart from his violence, other commuters were also triggered by seeing the accused ‘misuse’ his power.
Taking matters partially into their own hands, the crowd captured the traffic cop and began to beat him up, while also waiting for the cops to arrive. The video went viral and left the internet irked as well. The exact date of the matter could not be confirmed.
The video was shared on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘lazyassren’. The post was captioned, “Kalesh on sector 6 dwarka road where traffic policeman beat up a guy for not moving his tempo forward quickly @dtptraffic.”
