Viral Video: In what appeared to be a major parenting failure as per the netizens, a viral video showed a 'minor' boy going out of control while driving a Thar. The incident took place in Uttar Pradesh's Saharanpur. The accident was captured on the CCTV camera that was installed nearby, the footage of which mostly left the netizens furious. The video began with the Thar driver already driving recklessly as he hit another parked vehicle while taking a turn. The accused then ended up hitting the said woman walking on the road. As soon as the accident unfolded, a few other commuters rushed to the victim to take her to safety.

Needless to say, the Saharanpur clip left people reacting. Most blamed the parents for their parenting failure, while the rest demanded action against the parents. Some also expressed concern over the woman's well-being.

The post was shared on X (formerly Twitter), by the handle 'Sachin GuptaUP'. The post was captioned, "What happens when the keys of Thar come in the hands of a minor boy. Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh." The video was shared yesterday and pulled 461K views from people.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. "Mother and father are to be blamed for this. Also, if he is from a rich family, he will probably be spared," a user said. "It's all the parents' fault in this. The parents should be punished for this. The car should be seized and a heavy fine should be imposed. All losses should be compensated only then they will understand," wrote a second person. "I hope some strict punishment will be given to the child and the parents," wrote another.

"This is how spoiled children of rich parents are. Sometimes it feels good that whatever we achieved in life was done by our hard work. If our parents had money, perhaps we too would have been spoiled," added a fourth person. "When a vehicle is in the hands of a driver who is not in the right mental state, then the woman seen in the video and the people who came later should have kept a distance from him because while trying to escape, the driver and the people would have lost their lives. Could have injured or even killed someone!" added another.
