US Woman Viral Video: A woman’s unusual purchase has left the internet shocked—a single strawberry for $19 (around ₹1,650)! She bought it from Erewhon, a fancy grocery store in the US, popular among celebrities. Social media influencer Alyssa Antoci was curious about the pricey fruit, so she filmed her experience, sparking mixed reactions online.
In the viral video, she decided to taste the strawberry right outside the store to see if it was worth the money. The berry comes from a luxury brand called Elly Amai and is imported from Kyoto, Japan. She held up the carefully wrapped strawberry and said, “This costs $19 at Erewhon, and they claim it’s the best in the world.” Eager to find out, she took a bite and reacted instantly.
“That’s unreal… definitely the best strawberry I’ve ever tasted,” she admitted. But the hefty price tag still surprised her. “Nineteen dollars for one strawberry? I’m not wasting a single bite!” While the company claims to sell the best-quality fruits, many people are wondering—can a strawberry really be worth that much?

The viral video was shared on social media platform X on the influencer's official account '@embersunn." The post was captioned, "This has to be a huge joke on society. The video shared two days ago pulled numerous reactions from social media users.
