Viral Video: If ‘sleep deprivation’ could be represented in the form of a video, this clip showing a kid sleeping in the middle of a football game probably would be it. Or so did the internet believed after the same was shared on social media, garnering all kinds of reactions from netizens who found the incident too cute to handle. The said incident unfolded in Thailand, as per the post itself, where the kid seemingly looked too tired as he apparently did not sleep the night before purely out of ‘excitement’. Another funny factor about the incident was that the other tiny players continued with their game despite one of the players being dozed off during game. As the video moved forward, a referee was also seen checking up on the kid. The exact location and date of the matter could not be confirmed.
The video, soon after getting viral, received many reactions. Most people found the incident too adorable to handle, while the rest called it risky for the kid as he might hurt himself. Some also found the kid’s sleep deprivation relatable.
The video was shared on social media platform Instagram, by the handle ‘Seasia News’. The post was captioned, “A young soccer player fell asleep during a game. The little boy was so excited about the game that he couldn't sleep the night before. In the middle of the game, he dozed off while standing on the field. The game continued around him as if nothing unusual was happening, and other players just let the boy nap. Even the referee came over to check on him and realized that the boy just needed a quick nap. After a short rest, the boy was back in action and ready to play again.” The video was shared seven days ago and pulled more than 66K views from people.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “He is a drunken master bro,” a user said. “Kid needs to lay off the edibles,” added a second person. “He's got sleep apnea. Not funny,” wrote a third user. “Arsenal when it's time to win the PL. Also, this kind of looks risky,” commented another.
“Me on weekdays without a cup of coffee. But jokes apart, I hope the kid doesn’t hurt himself because this is dangerous. He might get hurt and the way he is just standing and sleeping like that, he might get bumped into either kid,” added a fifth user. “This is too cute how is he sleeping like that,” added another.
