But one thing we can never forget in the hostel is the warden, probably one of the most feared beings, who often seems like the only obstacle to our happiness. However, a video showcasing a different side of the warden has gone viral. The video, shared online, shows Mumbai hostel girls dancing with the warden, who initially came to stop the party but ended up joining in, much to the amusement of netizens.
A video shared on the Instagram handle 'niidhi_0.0' shows a group of girls dancing to the Bollywood hit track 'Beedi Jalai Le.' The warden initially came to stop the party but ended up joining in and dancing to the same song. The video quickly went viral.

A user shared his college memory in the comment box, "I still remember an incident, so our hostel was at the end of the hostel and usually Exchange students were also given the same hostel, and only a few were allocated that hostel, so usually no one used to visit that hostel, so it was pretty chill. firangs i realized in life are far crazier than Indians and have a lot of Chutzpah, so anyway, one firang used to daily smoke his pot and since no one used to come, he used to do it in front of his room, so most of use to hang out in common areas as we have stolen chairs and made pretty sweet sitting arrangements in our hostel, where we would play cards, carrom, sometimes cricket or sitaloia , cause we are Indian and lack of space or playing area isn't stopping us from playing cricket. He very calmly said - You are a human, I am a human, why disturb each other, let's have a puff. Warden looked at us and asked what's the protocol for firangi's??"
