Bilaspur Viral Video: What began as a normal, quiet day at home suddenly turned into pure chaos for a man in Chhattisgarh. Without any warning, the floor of his veranda started shaking, and within seconds, dirty water began flooding the area. Before he could even understand what was happening, the ground cracked open and muddy water shot out with terrifying force. This scary incident reportedly took place in Bilaspur on Thursday, January 29. CCTV footage from inside the house captured the exact moment things went wrong and later spread rapidly on social media.

In the video, the man can be seen running for safety as water bursts out violently from the floor, narrowly avoiding a serious accident. According to reports, the sudden water explosion was caused by an underground boring pipe that burst due to extreme pressure. Shockingly, the pipe beneath the man’s house had no fault. The problem allegedly started because of heavy boring work being carried out at a neighbouring house, which caused pressure to build up underground.

The viral video was shared on X (formerly Twitter) by the handle ‘@HateDetectors’ and has already crossed over 13K views. Many users online expressed shock, calling the incident terrifying and warning about the dangers of careless construction work.

"A man narrowly escaped from being plastered onto a ceiling after an underground water pipe in his house burst in #Chhattisgarh's #Bilaspur on Saturday (January 31). The incident was caught on camera, and the dramatic video also surfaced online. The water pipe burst reportedly due to a boring activity in the neighbourhood," the post read.

One user wrote, "Look at the engineering talent of Bilaspur. They dug in one plot and the pipe of another one burst. This is what we call 'digital connectivity'— work happening somewhere else, effect showing somewhere else!" "It was fortunate that the man narrowly escaped. The fact that water was coming out with such strong force and high pressure is proof that the machine was quite heavy," a second user wrote.
