Viral Video: NEET, JEE, CA and such exams are some of the most difficult entrance exams in India. In fact, the sacrifices and struggle that a student goes through just to crack these exams, has reached a level where dropouts and suicide cases among aspirants have unfortunately become way more common in the country. With that in mind, it makes sense that a NEET PG aspirant seemingly lost it when she was denied entry to her examination hall. A video of the girl crying and screaming outside the gate was shared on social media, which left the internet divided. As per the post, her entry was denied for allegedly arriving late by 2 minutes.

As the student faced a major breakdown at the gate, the parents of other aspirants continued to watch the girl shout. The date and the exact location of the matter could not be confirmed.

The video was quick in going viral on social media, as it split the internet. Some sympathised with the poor student and advocated that a 2-minute delay was not that major, while a few others dubbed it justified and were against letting the student in despite being late.

The video was shared on X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘SurajPB5’. The post was captioned, “CHAOS AT NEET PG CENTRE. A PG aspirant's dream was shattered as she wasn't allowed to enter the exam centre, the gate closing time was 8:30 but the girl who arrived at 8:32 was refused to enter the exam due to her misunderstanding about the entry gate which was not mentioned. #NEETPG2024.” The video was shared yesterday and pulled many views.

Taking to the internet, people shared their take. “Hope in future, there will not be anything like this. Test centres need to realise that 2 minutes is not as late and not worth destroying one’s future,” a user said. “Plot twist: she was late deliberately, as she did not study the full syllabus,” joked a second person.

“The authorities have to follow the rules but feel bad when you hear a student cry because of such rules,” added a third person. “If Vinesh Phogat 100g is Negligible then that Girl's 2 Minutes is Also Negligible. They should have allowed her as the exam starts at 9 O'clock,” added a fourth user. “No sympathy from me. I have seen this happen multiple times. This is not some casual outing. You have to be there on time, come hell or high water,” added another.
