Viral Video: Currently, hacks and DIYs are some of the best content ideas for influencers and artists on the internet. In fact, social media is full of videos where people came up with innovative hacks that pretty much changed countless ways of doing particular things. However, that does not mean that every hack works. Some simply should never see the daylight and this video is an example of the same. A woman went viral, as she came up with a makeup hack, where she used Mehndi on her face to get THAT ‘natural look’.
However, her hack failed miserably after netizens refused to try it and called it a ‘disaster’ for the face. The video was shared on the social media platform Instagram, by the handle ‘the sasta makeup’. The post was captioned, “Mehndi makeup tutorial.”

The video is heavily doing rounds on social media, a while after being shared. Most people did not call it a good idea and hardly dubbed it a ‘hack’. The rest suggested the woman not apply such products on her face as the chemicals in it might react. The post was shared five days ago and pulled many likes.

Taking to the comment box, people shared their take. “You apply it, we have the products,” a user said. “Sis, this is a bit too sasta if you ask me. Also, do not just put things on your face. Henna is natural and all but still can be problematic to the skin on your face. Palm skin is much harder than the one on your face. This is hardly a hack, it is more a risk,” a second person said.
“This one I’m telling you will look cheaper and better than this- apply beetroot sister,” suggested a third person. “Why would you do something like that on your face? Mehendi these days is not as natural as it used to be years ago. It has chemicals now. Please do not apply such things to the face so close to your eye, lips, and all that,” commented a fourth person. “How confident are you to believe that I have a mehendi cone,” added another.
