IndiGo Pilot Viral Video: A small moment of honesty inside an IndiGo flight has become the Internet’s new favourite video. As passengers continued to face delays and disruptions across the country, one pilot decided to speak straight from the heart, something that instantly struck a chord with everyone on board and online. In the viral clip, Captain Pradeep Krishnan can be heard addressing frustrated passengers with genuine emotion. He said, "I am sorry! I completely get how tough it is when a flight causes you to miss something important. I promise you, we’re not on strike. As pilots, we’re trying our best, and we want to go home too."

He also shared later on Instagram that he personally wanted nothing more than to return home after a long day. Captain Krishnan didn’t shy away from admitting how difficult the past few days had been. "A lot has been happening in the last few days, and my heart goes out to everyone who’s stuck or stranded. I know it’s not easy. Our flight into Coimbatore was delayed too, and I’ve seen all the videos of people getting upset and angry."
