Viral Video: Tired of trying different diets and not seeing results, especially with PCOS making things harder, Anjani decided to try something different. She turned to ChatGPT for support. Instead of spending hours scrolling through diet advice, she typed in one simple prompt. The result? A 40-day personalised plan that helped her lose 5 kg without any extreme workouts or starving. In her Instagram post, Anjani shared her journey and wrote, "I lost 5 KGS in 40 days… and no, it wasn't magic. It was me, ChatGPT, and a whole lotta 'I don't feel like it, but I'll still do it, for myself and for my body.'"
The prompt she used was simple and easy to copy. She encouraged everyone to try it out by adjusting it to their personal details and goals, "Hi ChatGPT, I'm [Your Name], [Your Age], [Height], and [Weight]. I have PCOS (controlled); if you don't, skip this step. I want to lose fat and build lean muscle. I work out 5 days a week. Please give me a weekly workout and diet plan. I eat chicken, eggs, basil seeds, salads, and whey. I avoid dairy and gluten [based on your eating preferences]." Her honest post also touched on the struggles of living with PCOS, the bloating, cravings, low energy, and stubborn fat. "I have PCOS!! That means bloating, cravings, low energy, and stubborn fat that just doesn't wanna leave!! But this time, ChatGPT had a plan, a real one," she wrote.
"ChatGPT created my custom 40-day workout and meal plan. No extreme cardio, no starving. Just consistency, patience, and showing up, even when I had zero motivation, I kept going," she added. She also shared how hard it was to stay motivated, but she didn’t give up. "There were days I didn't wanna move. Days, my hormones were raging, and my motivation was MIA. But every single time I wanted to quit, I reminded myself, 'You've done harder things than this, Nini.'" But the most powerful part of her journey wasn’t just the weight loss; it was what she gained. "And guess what? Not only did I lose 5 kilos, but I gained something much, much bigger: discipline, strength, and trust in myself to do anything I put my mind to."
Anjani concluded her post with, "If I can do it with PCOS, then YOU can do it too!! No shortcuts. Just a smart plan, small steps, and showing up every damn day. Now, just ask ChatGPT and start, but also do your research before starting out. In the end, it's your body, and you should know about it."

One user wrote, "Chat GPT may plan your diet and workouts, but you did some amazing hard work! Keep it up, my love, you got this." "I lost 8 kg of real fat using ChatGPT and gained real muscle, hitting around 160 g of protein daily. I have a motivating story from my side," a second user added. "That's why I loveee AI, itna helpful hai yar," added a third user.

"Don’t follow these tips as Chat GPT may help to provide workout plans, but if you are doing workouts without any assistance from professionals, it may lead to lifetime injuries. Also, let’s be real, ChatGPT will not come to correct your wrong posture while working out," a fourth user added.
