Viral Video: India is not for beginners and the internet is full of content proving the same. From people dancing on stations to teens celebrating a snake’s birthday, you name it and Indians will always have a bizarre story to tell which might not make any sense. Recently, a video falling into a similar category surfaced online and left people concerned and irked at the same time. The said video was of a few women and kids COOKING on the train tracks. Yes, these women chose the railway tracks to switch into their ‘chef mode’, not to forget the presence of the kids. 

The video went viral in no time and raised countless questions on the authorities as people pointed out the lack of security around the railway tracks across the country. 

The video was shared on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘mumbaimatterz’. The post was captioned, “Between the railway tracks at Mahim JN.”

The video, soon after getting shared, went viral on social media. Most people tagged the authorities in the comment box and demanded answers and action, while some credited the officials and the Indian Railways for lack of security around tracks and such areas. The video was shared two days ago and pulled 22K views from people.

Taking to the comment box, netizens shared their views. “Very dangerous pls somebody take action on it,” a user said. “It's related to officers fault. They refused to attend this type of work at railway premises,” commented a second user. “Most of the Harbour railway line has the same scene, " commented a third. “@AshwiniVaishnaw @WesternRly @mieknathshinde @Dev_Fadnavis Requesting relevant action on urgent basis,” said another. 

“When your life is on track literally,” said another. “Still need to redevelop all homeless people at pan India level which will help all at every station level also,” said the next. “Now they will claim space in rehabilitation schemes at the cost of taxpayers money,” said the next. 

“Railway officials show zero accountability in securing railway land and restricted areas...where is RPF?  Ministers and officials must be answerable,” commented the next.
