Zepto Riders Viral Video: A confrontation between a customer and delivery riders has dominated social media, shocking and dividing viewers. The drama began when a Zepto delivery agent posted a video claiming that one of his fellow riders was assaulted during a routine delivery. The rider explains in the video how a customer allegedly mistreated and assaulted his coworker due to a delivery issue. Furious, several delivery partners quickly came together and went to the customer’s location.

As the video goes on, the group can be seen arriving at the location and openly questioning a man who looks to be the store owner. He is confronted by the riders, who demand an explanation and accuse him of acting inappropriately toward their colleague. The man, however, gives a different version of events. He claims that everything was a misunderstanding. According to him, the delivery agent pretended he couldn’t find the address even though it was clearly visible, which led to frustration and an argument.

While recording everything, the rider says, "Guys, this is my colleague, and he was assaulted by a store owner while he was on his way to a delivery. We are going to reach the bungalow, and we will see what happens next." Moments later, they are seen standing at the gate of the bungalow. A man opens the door but refuses to speak while the camera is on, saying he feels uncomfortable being recorded. The rider responds on camera, “This is all for proof. What am I doing wrong if I am recording this incident?"

The video shared on X (Formerly Twitter) by the handle 'Ghar Ke Kalesh' has now gone viral across platforms. As the clip spreads, people online are split in opinion. While some feel the group confrontation went too far, others believe the riders were simply standing up for their colleague in the heat of the moment.
