Ingredients

Raw mango, mustard seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, hing, mustard oil, fenugreek seeds, sauf.

Step 1

Cut the raw mango cubes and mix it in a bowl of salt, turmeric, red chillies, hing, mustard seeds etc.

Step 2

Heat the mustard oil in a pan. Let it get smoky and then keep it aside. Allow it to cool down.

Step 3

Now pour the oil on the mango mixture. Mix it well and shake the jar to spread the spices evenly.

Step 4

Store the pickle in a glass jar. Let it rest for two or three days. Serve it with every meal.
