Take two cups of makhana, one-fourth cup of sesame seeds,15-20 almonds, one-fourth cup of walnuts, one cup chopped dates, one-fourth cup gond, five tablespoons melted ghee and a small pinch of cardamom powder.
Dry roast makhana seeds on low to medium heat until slightly brown.
Roast almonds and walnuts on medium heat until slightly brown.
Add two tablespoons of ghee to a pan and fry the edible gum until it puffs up.
Grind roasted makhana, nuts, and sesame seeds into a fine powder.
Combine makhana powder, nut mixture, and chopped dates. Add cardamom powder and ghee if needed.
Make small ladoos and store them in an airtight container.
