Take two tbsp of sugar, two cups of milk, two tsp of custard powder, a handful of pista, almond, and cashews, and a pinch of kesar (optional).
Take a pan, add milk to it and bring it to a boil. Now, take a blender, add in all the nuts, custard powder, and sugar.
Blend the dry fruit mixture until it turns into a fine powder. Add the mixture to the boiling milk and stir it evenly.
Let the milk mixture sit aside for a few minutes. Once it cools down, grind the mixture again to form a fine paste.
Once the mixture turns smooth, transfer it to a mold. Allow it to sit in the refrigerator overnight or for 5-6 hours.
Take out the dry fruit ice cream from the refrigerator. Top it up with kesar or chocolate chips. Scoop it, serve it and enjoy!
