One litre of whole milk, two tablespoons of sugar, one-fourth teaspoon cardamom powder, one teaspoon rose water, saffron strands, six bread slices, two tablespoons ghee, sliced almonds, and sliced pistachios.
Boil milk and reduce it to one-third of its original volume. Add sugar, cardamom, and saffron. Stir well and let it cool.
Fry bread slices in ghee until golden brown. Drain excess ghee on paper towels.
Mix sugar and water to make a one-thread consistency syrup. Add cardamom powder and stir well.
Dip bread slices in sugar syrup and coat evenly. Arrange them on a serving plate.
Pour the prepared rabri over the bread slices. Garnish with sliced nuts.
