Take a variety of vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, beans, cauliflower, and paneer, supplemented with aromatic spices and fresh components.
The spices consist of sesame seeds, poppy seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and Kashmiri red chilies, along with other ingredients like oil, onion, ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, salt, water, fresh cream, and coriander leaves.
Boil potatoes, carrots, beans, and cauliflower in two cups of water with half tablespoon of salt for around ten minutes, or until they are almost tender.
Dry roast sesame seeds, poppy seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and red chilies, then blend them into a fine powder.
Heat oil and saute onions until they turn translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until it becomes aromatic. Then, add tomatoes and saute thoroughly.
Include capsicum and saute it lightly. Mix in the prepared masala and adjust the salt to taste. Continue sauteing until the oil begins to separate from the masala.
Incorporate the boiled vegetables, water, and coriander leaves. Cover the pot and simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in fresh cream and gently combine. Cook for an additional three minutes before serving.
