Despite the conflict dominating headlines, a video of American college students on a spring break answering questions about world affairs has gone viral for their clueless answers.

The viral video shows Fox News' Jesse Watters Primetime assessing college students' awareness during spring break. In the video, students were asked questions about Venezuela's location, the situation in Iran, and US President Donald Trump's policies.

What's The Biggest Issue In Ameria?

When asked about the issue in the United States that was most important to them, one said, "What bikini am I going to wear next?" while another said, "Getting a tan on the beach."

US President's Recent Actions

When asked about recent actions by President Donald Trump, the confusion deepened. One student referred to the “Gulf of America,” while another said the United States was going to war with “Iraq”. Others mentioned “Maduro” or said Trump was suing people who “make jokes about him.”

'Who Is Ayatollah?': US Spring Breakers

The video's most viral moment came when the reporter mentioned the death of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. “What is that?” and “Who is that?” were some of the response while one student said, “I have never heard that word in my life.”

After being told that the United States had killed Iran's Supreme Leader, some reacted with confusion, with a few appearing to misunderstand the situation. When asked for a solution regarding Iran, several suggested that the US should 'wipe them' or 'blow them up'.

Is Venezuela In Spain?

In other moments from the video, students were also asked about the location of Venezuela. Some said they had no idea where Venezuela was, while one suggested it might be in Spain.

The viral video highlighted a knowledge gap between the US government's involvement in global affairs and the youth's awareness and ideologies on it. It highlighted that, for many students, international developments were not a primary focus compared to everyday concerns.
