Passengers on board an EasyJet flight from London to Scotland experienced sheer panic after a man emerged from the aircraft’s restroom shouting “Allahu Akbar” and claiming to have a bomb. The disturbing incident unfolded just minutes before the flight was due to land at Glasgow Airport.

According to The Jerusalem Post, the 41-year-old man reportedly said he wanted "to send a message" to US President Donald Trump, who is currently on a five-day visit to Scotland. The man’s threats forced air traffic control to initiate emergency landing protocols.

A fellow passenger told The Sun, “He literally came out of the toilet shouting ‘Allahu Akbar’ with his hands above his head. Then he said ‘I’ve got a bomb, I’ve got a bomb’. At this point, people were confused. I thought he was joking, I mean, it’s a weird joke.”

Witnesses described the man as aggressive and physically intimidating. “He pushed the airline staff and was being aggressive towards them. He was a big guy, about six foot, and they were petite women," the passenger added.

Viral Video Captures Chaos On Board

Footage that has since gone viral shows the man shouting “death to America” and “death to Trump” while pacing the aisle. He continues to yell “Allahu Akbar” as frightened passengers attempt to subdue him. Several individuals are seen tackling him to the floor until authorities arrive.

The offender was restrained by fellow passengers and later removed from the aircraft by around six police officers. Eyewitnesses reported that many passengers were left in tears following the chaos.

“I Wanted to Send a Message to Trump”

The man can be heard saying in the video, “I wanted to send a message to Trump... he's in Scotland,” referring to the US President’s current visit, during which he was photographed playing golf over the weekend.

One witness said the incident occurred around 8 a.m., shortly after takeoff from London Luton Airport. “I woke up to the sound of someone yelling. It was terrifying.”
