Iran-Israel-US War: Amid the ongoing war between Iran and the joint forces of Israel and the US, several unverified reports have been circulating on the social media sites, claiming that North Korea's embassy in Tehran was destroyed by Israel. The reports also claimed that North Korea's leader Kim Jong Un has threatened Israel. However, X's AI chatbot 'Grok' has debunked these reports by asserting that neither North Korea's embassy was attacked nor Kim Jong Un issued any statement.

Grok, while verifying such reports, stated that no authentic media outlets covered such news; however, it acknowledged that North Korea condemned recent strikes on Iran. "Unverified rumor. Social media claims Israel struck or damaged the North Korean embassy in Tehran, sparking Kim Jong-un reaction quotes—but no confirmation from Reuters, NK News, KCNA, or any major outlet," the AI chatbot said.

"North Korea did condemn recent US/Israeli strikes on Iran as "illegal aggression" and backed Iran's new leader, but nothing specific about their embassy. Likely misinformation amid the conflict," it added. Earlier, North Korea reportedly extended its support to the new supreme leader of Iran, Mojtaba Khamenei, by asserting that the people of Iran had the right to select their own leader.

"Regarding the recent official announcement that the Iranian Assembly of Experts has elected a new leader of the Islamic Revolution, we respect the right and choice of the Iranian people to elect their Supreme Leader," the spokesperson for North Korea’s foreign ministry was quoted as saying by Al Jazeera, which cited KCNA.

"We express grave concern and strongly condemn the aggression of the United States and Israel, which, by launching an unlawful military attack against Iran, is undermining the foundations of regional peace and security and increasing instability in the international landscape," he added.

The war entered its 13th day on Thursday with no signs of slowing down as Iran has attacked the US bases in the Middle East following the death of its Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in an early strike.
