A staunch ally of President-elect Donald Trump issued a strong warning on Thursday, stating that the incoming administration will not tolerate any attempts by New York Attorney General Letitia James to weaponise the legal system against the 47th president.
Mike Davis, founder of the Article III Project, challenged New York Attorney General Letitia James, warning her to avoid continuing legal actions against President Trump during his second term. He made the comments during an appearance on ‘The Benny Show’ podcast.
“I dare you to try to continue your lawfare against President Trump in his second term,” Davis said.
“Listen here, sweetheart. We’re not messing around this time and we will put your fat a– in prison for conspiracy against rights. I promise you that,” Davis added.

He emphasised that such actions would not be tolerated again.
Letitia James Vows To Challenge Trump Administration
New York Attorney General Letitia James threatened to use the rule of law to challenge the incoming Trump administration, following his 2024 election victory over Vice President Kamala Harris. She revealed that her office had been preparing for a potential Trump win and highlighted a USD 454 million (Rs 375.5 crores) civil fraud judgment she secured against Trump earlier this year, accusing him of inflating his net worth for better loan and insurance terms. Trump has appealed the ruling.
