Tradeshift CEO News: A female employee of Tradeshift, a cloud-based business start-up has claimed that the co-founder and ex-CEO of the company Christian Lanng, coerced her into signing a "sex contract" and subjected her to "unwanted sexual horror" while she was working as an executive assistant to him. According to the New York Post, the woman has filed a lawsuit which alleged that her 45-year-old boss compelled her to sign the slavery contract months after she was hired. According to the terms of the contract, Lanng subjected her to "physical pain through various methods, including urination on her and regularly using foreign objects for penetration."
The document filed by the woman as evidence of the 'sex contract' termed Mr Lanng as her 'master', while a condition of 'sexual availability of all times' was also mentioned in it. The contract said that Doe must "always be sexually available for her master" and never refuse his advances, reported The NYP.
Details of tech CEO's "sex contract"
According to the New York Post, the woman claimed that the "sex slavery contract" mandated her to privately kneel before her master and ask him of any wishes or about any way she could assist him. The report also indicated that she was not allowed to decline sexual advances from her master. The contract purportedly included a condition regarding maintaining a weight between 58-70 kgs, and the woman was to endure any physical punishment imposed by Lanng when he was angered or agitated.

"The slave agrees to submit completely to the master in all ways. There are no boundaries of place, time, or situation in which the slave may willfully refuse to obey the directive of the master without risking punishment," the contract further read as per the lawsuit.
The woman said that she had signed the contract because she was afraid of being fired for not complying with the contract. Lanng was fired by the board on counts of "gross misconduct" after the reports of the sexual harassment case broke out. Meanwhile, the tech CEO has rejected all allegations, saying that he and the plaintiff were in a "consensual sexual relationship" with no such contract and that this was just an attempt to defame him.

Feared losing her job, the woman kept following orders
The woman mentioned she signed the agreement out of fear of losing her job if she didn't comply. Following the disclosure of the sexual harassment case, the company's board fired Lanng on the charges of 'gross misconduct.' In response, the tech CEO denied all accusations, saying that he and the plaintiff had a "consensual sexual relationship" without any such contract, dismissing it as an attempt to tarnish his reputation.
